orders and purchases made through this website are subject to the
Terms and Conditions outlined below. Please note that these might
change over the course of time without prior notice.

Website and the provision of services.
This
website, DigitalEveryone, its corporation, DigitalEveryone Electronic Ltd, and
ownership shall henceforth be referred to as “DigitalEveryone,” while
users of the website, consumers, third party resellers and all other
visitors will henceforth be referred to as “The User.”
The
User agrees to pay for all applicable charges incurred through use of
this website and DigitalEveryone’s related services within the payment
schedule set up in advance by DigitalEveryone.
DigitalEveryone may correct errors or inaccuracies and change or update
information, inclusive of prices and item availability, at any time
without prior notice. All prices listed on DigitalEveryone are in American
dollars and all charges will be processed in the same.
The
User is completely responsible for providing all required information
for the collection of payments and delivery of products to their
address or the address of their clients through the drop ship offer.
DigitalEveryone will use reputable worldwide couriers to deliver items
within the pre-arranged schedule. However, DigitalEveryone will not be
liable for any factors that affect delays in delivery, which are
beyond its control, including late provision of required details by
the User, delays by customs officials, war, famine, and acts of God;
or for any damages incurred as a result of such delays.
DigitalEveryone will not be held liable for any delays or damages resulting from
incorrect use of payment methods or from actions effected by payment
processors such as PayPal, banks, and credit card companies.
DigitalEveryone respects each individual’s right to personal privacy. Limited
information is collected through user registration forms,
click-stream tracking, automatic logging files, and cookies in the
interest of fraud prevention and in order to improve the service
offering and surfing experience for the User. This information
includes the User’s IP address, geographical location, browser
type, referral source, length of visit and number of page views. DigitalEveryone also maintains details of transactions, purchases, and related
information. DigitalEveryone does not market its products or services to or
collect personally-identifiable information from children under the
age of 13.
Information
received by DigitalEveryone regarding the User, their personal details, and
contact information is used to enable deliveries, payment
collections, statement and invoice deliveries, communications and
notifications, email deliveries of newsletters and announcements,
prompt resolution of queries and complaints, and customer profiles.
Information collected from cookies is used by Google Analytics to
generate reports for the statistics of usage on DigitalEveryone.
Information
may be used to supplement data received from external sources,
including but not limited to the User’s credit history. Information
might be shared with third party sources such as courier companies,
credit card agencies and others. The User’s information may also be
divulged to legal sources in the event that DigitalEveryone falls under
legal obligations to do so, in connection with legal proceedings, to
assert our legal rights, and potentially in the interest of selling
DigitalEveryone to a different corporation or individual.
DigitalEveryone is not liable for malpractices effected by external websites who
have a link on the DigitalEveryone website. The User assumes and retains
all risks posed by clicking on such links on the DigitalEveryone website.
The
User will not hold DigitalEveryone liable for misuse of the website,
forums, or message boards and any information posted therein by them
or any DigitalEveryone user.
While
DigitalEveryone will take every precaution to guard against the loss,
misuse, or alteration of the User’s information by unauthorized
individuals or agencies; however, since data transmission over the
Internet carries a certain level of risk, DigitalEveryone does not
guarantee the security of such transmissions. The User is completely
responsible for the safekeeping of their password, username, and
other details of registration.
Buyer
protection is provided by PayPal. DigitalEveryone assumes no responsibility
or liability in claims resolution for the same. The User agrees not
to tamper with the product in any way, not to upgrade, or flash the
firmware and understands that doing so will void the warranty for
that product. The User agrees to follow all steps of the warranty and
return procedure when returning a product and will bear the cost of
shipping the product to DigitalEveryone. In case, the defect was a result
of a serious error on the part of DigitalEveryone, this cost of return
shipment may be refunded (up to the cost of shipment charged by DigitalEveryone) to the User provided that the product is accompanied by the
return shipping receipt and the completed returns slip (issued by
DigitalEveryone via email upon request).
The
User understands that no refunds will be provided in the event that
they change their mind about purchasing the products and/or services
or if they refuse to pay the applicable customs taxes and duties. No
refunds will be provided if no effort was made to resolve the problem
via email prior to returning the product, or if no defects are found,
parts are missing, the product is not the same one that was shipped
to the User, or the product has been upgraded or flashed.
The
User understands that unpaid orders will be automatically cancelled
after a certain period of time has elapsed with no further
communication from them and no payments made. Payments made through
PayPal will be refunded via PayPal, while payments made through
credit cards or banks will be refunded with discount coupons. The
User understands that orders that are cancelled after the product has
been shipped or is in the process of being shipped are liable for a
charge of 30% of the total amount to indemnify DigitalEveryone from the
cost of shipping and restocking.
The
User is responsible for researching all applicable charges, taxes,
and duties; and procedures related to importing one or more products
from China prior to placing their order. These charges will be borne
completely by the User.
Discounts
for bulk orders are offered at the discretion of DigitalEveryone. The User
understands that there is no physical showroom available for the
display of DigitalEveryone products and that all transactions will incur
online.
New
Users agree to fulfill the requirements of identity verification by
fax or email to confirm their first order.
Use
of DigitalEveryone’s website and/or services represents the User’s
acceptance of all of the above terms and conditions.
Additional term and conditions apply to dealer program.
All subciption fees are non-refundable for whatever reasons and subcription fees are pay in advance to DigitalEveryone and dealer account is non-transferable and dealer allowed to run/operate one(1) ecommerce site only per dealer account.
Dealer account must in good standing in all times without any overdue or chargeback againt DigitalEveryone or we reserve the right to suspend/terminate the dealer account.
Dealer program is offer as non-exclusive dealership worlwide.
All product photos must apply dealer own design Watermark when display in dealer's ecommerce site.
Dealer's ecommerce site must apply the same standard DigitalEveryone warranty, return, cancellation and privacy policies.
Ecommerce site, content, products data and other datas provide by DigitalEveryone must return to DigitalEveryone upon expiry/termination of dealer account.
Dealer's ecommerce site allowed to sell other products supply by other supplier, however the products must not same or similar with DigitalEveryone already supply.
From time to time DigitalEveryone may request dealer to remove any products from the dealer's ecommerce site for whatever reasons and dealer must immediately remove the products from the dealer's ecommerce site.
Selling price list in dealer's ecommerce site must same or higher than DigitalEveryone list price to maintain faires to all dealers.
Pricing, specifications, availability and terms of offers may change without notice. DigitalEveryone cannot be responsible for pricing, other errors or
inadvertent errors do occur from time to time and we reserves the right
to decline orders arising from such errors.
